Project Description
MUSE – Beyond the Limit is an animated graphic novel created for the exhibition Beyond the Limit – A Journey to the Frontiers of Knowledge, developed by MUSE in collaboration with INFN. The project introduces audiences to the universe, the infinitely large and small, and the questions explored by contemporary physics.
The graphic novel format makes complex scientific content approachable through characters, settings and visual storytelling. Illustration, animation and motion graphics combine to create an accessible journey that sparks curiosity while preserving scientific accuracy.
Pixel Cartoon handled the audiovisual adaptation and animation of the panels, working on pacing, compositing, transitions and finishing. Designed for a museum setting, the result brings science communication and narrative experience together.
