Project Description
Il segreto della Mappa – Discovering Autonomy is an animated series aimed primarily at children and young audiences. Through Marta and Luca’s adventures, Trentino becomes an active part of the story: mountains, valleys, borders, languages and symbols help explain the meaning of its special autonomy in accessible terms.
The project turns a historical and institutional subject into a narrative experience built around adventure, questions, humour and discovery. Each episode begins with situations young viewers can relate to and connects them with the places and events that have shaped the identity of Trentino’s community.
Pixel Cartoon handles direction, visual development and production, combining hands-on work, animation and digital and generative tools under a consistent artistic direction. The aim is to create a contemporary language that informs while retaining lightness, pace and emotion.
